Announcing VMA’s new on-line “E-PRECINCT Management's Rights Center” We constantly receive questions and requests for information and resources concerning issues impacting on agencies’ policies and practices. In response, the on-line E-Precinct Learning and Resource Center has been developed. As a subscriber, you will have access to a body of knowledge and resources not available anywhere else - - at any cost. The Center contains model policies, job aids, court and arbitration ruling, and learning articles of interest currently affecting management’s rights. In the near future, video excerpts from VMA training classes will be added that can be used for in-house training. Harris standard.
